1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YourWillPro products — including the Estate Vault, Estate Check, educational guides, and the yourwillpro.com.au website (collectively, the "Platform") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Educational Content Only — Not Advice

All content provided by YourWillPro is strictly educational and informational in nature. Specifically:

• YourWillPro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice
• YourWillPro is not a financial adviser and does not provide financial advice
• No content on the Platform should be interpreted as professional estate planning, tax, or accounting advice
• The Estate Check results and guides are educational tools to help you understand your estate readiness — they are not professional assessments
• You should consult qualified legal and financial professionals for advice specific to your situation

Any decisions you make based on information from the Platform are your own responsibility.

3. The Estate Vault — Free Service

3.1 Availability and Cost

The Estate Vault is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium tiers, or subscription plans in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and your existing free access to core vault features will be honoured as described at the time of any transition.

3.2 No Warranty — As-Is Basis

Without limiting the above:

• We do not warrant that the Vault will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or security vulnerabilities
• We do not warrant that your data will be preserved in all circumstances (e.g. browser data clearing, device failure, software updates)
• We do not warrant that the encryption implementation is free from defects
• We make no guarantees about the availability, performance, or reliability of the Platform

3.3 Your Responsibility

Because all vault data is stored on your device only, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining your own backups of important information
• Keeping your vault password secure and not sharing it with anyone you do not trust
• Understanding that if you lose your password, we cannot recover your data
• Ensuring the information you store in the vault is accurate and current

4. Data and Privacy

We do not collect, store, or process your personal vault data. All vault information remains on your device, encrypted with AES-256. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may collect anonymous, aggregate, non-personally-identifiable data to improve the Platform. This includes general statistics such as the number of users by demographic category (e.g. single vs couples, male vs female), feature usage patterns, and device types. This data cannot identify any individual user.

5. Freemium Model

YourWillPro operates on a freemium basis:

• Free tier: Core Estate Vault features, Estate Check, and educational guides are available at no cost
• Premium features: Additional features may be offered in the future as paid add-ons or subscription plans
• Free tier functionality will not be retroactively removed or paywalled without reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• YourWillPro, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• We shall not be liable for any loss of data, including vault data lost due to device failure, browser clearing, or any other cause
• We shall not be liable for any decisions you make based on educational content provided on the Platform
• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for free tier users, is zero)

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to YourWillPro Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written consent.

The data you enter into the vault remains yours. We claim no ownership of your personal vault data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
